munch's madonna

So anyways, 2 weeks ago, we were talking about paintings and nudes... One of the most captivating ones I think is this madonna, by munch. It is actually a woodcut, and again, there are series of drawings that lead up to this...

So munch, definitely known for his scream (Hey, the found the art work after it being stolen for 2 years! (or at least, i recall?)).... The scream, actually caught my eye when I was still in school, it was on the back cover of reader's digest some time in the late 1980s... I dont even think we have anymore issues of this left, but it is really really funny, that I still remember the picture from way back then...
